Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the dh888 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at dh888.ws.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a dh888 account and is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the dh888 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a Player's dh888 account, including both real-money funds and any bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive granted by dh888 to a Player.

• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity defined as forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms.

• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dh888 and using any of its services, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Your acceptance is indicated by any one of the following actions: completing the registration process, depositing funds into your account, or placing a bet or wager on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access dh888, the payment method used, or the type of games or betting markets participated in. The Terms apply equally to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery products, and any other service offered on the Platform.

dh888 reserves the right to require Players to re-confirm their acceptance of these Terms following any material amendment. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms without reservation.

Eligibility

To register and use the dh888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

dh888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents confirming age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and temporary withholding of account balances pending verification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one and only one account on dh888. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other fields requested by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. Any changes to your personal details must be updated via the account settings panel or by contacting dh888 support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. dh888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify dh888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

dh888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks on any account at any time. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dh888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through its Authorised Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. dh888 does not currently accept international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however dh888 reserves the right to request documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for mobile financial services. dh888 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider's standard transaction fees may apply.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. Once approved, withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (BST). dh888 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds derived from bonus play are subject to the applicable wagering requirements detailed in Section 6 before they may be withdrawn. dh888 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if the transaction is flagged by the Platform's risk management systems.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's page.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake. Bonus Abuse: dh888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, or exploiting errors in bonus credit calculations.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method.
• dh888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a promotional banner and the promotion's full terms, the full terms shall prevail.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on dh888 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. dh888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in circumstances where the Platform determines that an obvious error has occurred in the display of odds or game parameters.

Sports Betting: Cricket odds, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures, are updated in real time. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. dh888 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, regardless of whether the result has been officially announced at the time of placement.

dh888's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments & Termination

Amendments: dh888 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects a Player's rights or obligations — dh888 will provide at least 7 days' notice via a Platform notification or by email to the registered account address before the amendment takes effect. Account Termination by Player: You may close your dh888 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.

Account Termination by dh888: dh888 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without cause, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance. Accounts closed due to Prohibited Conduct under Section 8 will have balances forfeited as described in that section.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable principles of fair dealing and good faith. dh888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside of its target markets. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using dh888 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between dh888 and a Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact dh888 support at any time to raise a dispute or complaint. dh888 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
